These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the relationship between the Zephyr project ("Project", "we") and the user ("you") when using the Zephyr website and software client ("Client").

1. General

By registering on the site or purchasing the Client, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the site or the Client.

2. License

• We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use of the Client within your chosen plan.
• Reselling, redistributing, decompiling to steal code, and sharing the Client with third parties are prohibited.
• One key is intended for one user.

3. Account

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe. Any action taken from your account is considered taken by you. Notify us if you suspect your account has been compromised.

4. Acceptable use

• You use the Client at your own risk and in accordance with the rules of the game servers you play on.
• We do not control third-party server rules and are not responsible for sanctions (including bans) imposed by them.
• Using the Client to harm infrastructure, other users, or for illegal activity is prohibited.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The Client is provided "as is". We strive for stability and careful bypasses but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every modpack, or the absence of bans on third-party servers.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Project is not liable for indirect damages, loss of third-party game accounts, or lost profit related to use of the Client.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. The current version is always available on this page with the update date. Continued use means acceptance of the changes.
