This Privacy Policy describes what data we collect when you use the Zephyr website and Client, and how we process it.

1. What we collect

• Account: username, email and a password hash (we never store the raw password).
• Orders: chosen plan, amount, status and date.
• Technical: a session cookie to keep you logged in and your chosen interface language.

2. How we use data

• To run registration, login and the account area.
• To process and record purchases.
• To provide support and answer your requests.

3. Passwords & security

Passwords are stored as a cryptographic hash (bcrypt). We take reasonable measures to protect data, but no service can guarantee absolute security.

4. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies: the auth session and your language preference. There are no third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

5. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell your data. Data may be shared with a payment provider solely to process payment, or upon a lawful request.

6. Your rights

• Request a copy of your data.
• Request correction or deletion of your account.
• Withdraw consent by ceasing to use the service.

7. Retention

We keep account data while the account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards — for purchase records and abuse prevention.
